Everyone appreciates a good brownie and there are dozens of recipes on the internet. Try the gluten-free and low-sugar one too.
Ingredients:
300 grams of chocolate.
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 2 large eggs or 3 smaller ones
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of rice flour
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Stevia powder
- 1 tablespoon of coconut butter
- the juice and peel of a lemon
- 5 tablespoons of water
- a pinch of salt
Method of preparation
Chop the chocolate as best as possible with a food processor. Half of it is mixed with cocoa, baking powder, flour, sugar, Stevia and salt powder. Beat the egg yolks with the coconut butter, water, juice and lemon peel, then mix with the dry ingredients. Mix well, then add the rest of the ground chocolate. Whip the egg whites and incorporate them into the rest of the composition, mixing carefully, vertically. The resulting mixture is poured into a tray lined with baking paper and placed in the preheated oven. Leave the heat on high until it rises, then reduce the heat. The brownie is ready when the toothpick comes out almost clean. I mention that I used a round pan with a diameter of 26 cm.
