RICE PASTA WITH CHICKEN BREAST AND TOMATO SAUCE

From the category “What else do we quickly throw on the plate after a day of work” today I made something that does not require a lot of time, a lot of imagination and who knows what ingredients.

    Ingredients

    • Rice pasta, everyone as much as their stomach demands
    • A chicken breast 
    • An onion
    • A bell pepper
    • A few mushrooms, fresh or canned
    • Tomato juice, I used homemade
    • Salt, pepper, turmeric, dry thyme

    Method of preparation

    The chicken breast is cut into small pieces, the onion julienne, the pepper diced, and the mushrooms… as you wish. Saute the onion, mushrooms and pepper in a non-stick pan with a teaspoon of oil. Mix it a few times, until it softens and starts to ooze, then add the chicken breast. After the pieces of chicken breast turn white, add the tomato juice and the spices, keep it on fire for another 5 minutes and… it’s done. In the meantime I put water with salt to boil. After it has boiled, throw the rice pasta in and turn off the heat. We let them soften until we finish making the sauce. The sauce is ready, the pasta is soft, all that’s left is to get to know each other. We arrange a date for them in a higher bowl, then we turn the result into plates.
