Today I visited a friend. As she thinks, I didn’t understand exactly why, that I am a good cook, she always makes me cook something when I go to her place. Today I made fryed vegetables with rice pasta and the biscuits from the title. Since the biscuits were for the host’s 8-month-old baby, the list of ingredients was shortened considerably. Since I don’t have any children of my own, the process of diversifying the diet of small children is completely unknown to me, but with the help of the caring mother, we agreed on the following.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 3 tablespoons of coconut butter
- Buckwheat flour as needed
Method of preparation
Ripe bananas are mashed, mixed with melted coconut butter, then buckwheat flour is added until it results in a swirly dough, just good to roll out with a rolling pin. It is cut out with biscuit shapes as we wish. Place the biscuits on baking paper and put them in the oven, on medium heat, until they turn a little golden on the reverse side. I let them cool, then waited with bated breath for the baby’s verdict. Considering that she ate with her hands, mouth, nose, eyes and other body parts, I concluded that she liked them.
