SEED DESSERT WITH CAROB CREAM

I always prefer a simple, home-made dessert with healthy ingredients to a store-bought one with dubious ingredients, most of which have to do with chemistry, not cooking.

    Ingredients (for 2 servings)

    • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
    • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
    • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

    • A spoonful of honey
    • 250 ml of water

    Cream

    • A smaller avocado
    • 2 tablespoons of coconut butter
    • 2 teaspoons carob

    Cream and frosting

    • Half a teaspoon of cocoa
    • A spoonful of honey
    • 2-3 drops of vanilla essence
    • 2 tablespoons of water

    Method of preparation

    Mix sesame seeds, hemp, honey and water in a blender. Put a spoonful of chia seeds in 2 bowls, and pour the above mixture over it. Then, without bothering to wash the blender, we put the ingredients for the cream and mix them as well. We pour the cream over the “milk”, being careful not to let it sink. The only downside to this dessert is that it needs to be prepared a few hours before eating to give the chia seeds time to swell.
