PIZZA MUFFINS

    Ingredients:

    • 4 eggs
    • 2 tablespoons of coconut butter
    • 300 grams of millet flour
    • A teaspoon of dry yeast
    • Salt, pepper, oregano and what other spices do you think “match”
    • Ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers, all finely chopped

    Method of preparation

    Mix the eggs, melted coconut butter, flour, yeast and spices with the mixer. The ham, mushrooms, onions and peppers are lightly sautéed in a non-stick pan, allowed to cool slightly and then added to the composition. Place the composition in muffin forms. Let it rise for a few minutes, then place the pan in the preheated oven. In about 30 minutes you will have 8-10 pizza muffins, ideal for the child’s package or ours.
