SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS DESSERT

As I’ve said many times on the blog, I don’t like to follow the beaten path, not even in the kitchen. I rarely make a dish in the same way, there must always be something new, an ingredient, its quantity, the shape of the dish, something different. I use the kitchen to express my creativity. Every time something edible comes out, so my creativity is well placed.
Yesterday was Sunday and I was craving dessert. Something simple, easy to make and digest. So I mixed 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and some raisins and cranberries in 250mg of soy milk, left for 2 hours, then put a teaspoon of strawberry jam and some cornflakes on top and dessert was done. I told you it’s simple.
