BUCKWHEAT COOKIES

    Ingredients

    • 3 tablespoons of lard or, if you want vegetable fat, of coconut butter
    • 3 spoons of sugar
    • An egg
    • 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
    • Orange juice
    • A teaspoon of baking powder
    • 2 glasses of buckwheat flour (approx. 300 grams)

    Method of preparation

    Mix well the ingredients, without flour, which are added at the end. The dough is kept in the refrigerator for an hour, then balls are formed that are flattened on the baking paper in the tray. Place in the hot oven. 10 minutes on high heat, then another 10 on low heat is enough because they burn quickly.
