BANANA AND AVOCADO ICE CREAM

I had bought some big bananas and I didn’t feel like eating them at all. I was watching them wither sadly and inconsolably in the fruit bowl, so, merciful as I am, I thought I’d put them to work. I made biscuits from one banana (I will write the recipe soon), and another I peeled, broke it into large pieces, put them in a bag and put the bag in the freezer. After it froze, I put it in the blender along with a very ripe small avocado, I mixed it and it turned out a miracle! A creamy and sweet ice cream, it didn’t need anything extra. Makes 2 small portions or a larger one for a greedy gulper. I garnished with red currants and grated dark chocolate. I haven’t seen anything simpler than that, take my word on it.
