BANANA AND SPINACH SMOOTHIE

In the morning we need a boost of energy, a breakfast to help us start the day in a good mood. What could be better than a green smoothie, sweet, flavorful and full of calcium?

    Ingredients:

    • One medium banana
    • 2 hands of spinach
    • One tablespoon of freshly ground sesame seeds
    • A teaspoon of honey
    • 150 ml of kombucha or water

    Method of preparation

    Mix all the ingredients in the blender. What could be simpler than that?
